1. Age
Customers must be 18 years of age or older to make bookings on the website.
2. Payment
You may pay for your booking on the website in the following ways:
Cash: at the time of booking, you agree to pay us for the ticket on the website by calling or transferring funds to our account at 787.vn, and you will receive a booking confirmation code. You may choose to pay in cash at Viet An's office within 24 hours of the transaction, or choose cash on delivery (COD).

3. Booking confirmation
Booking information will be finally confirmed when we send you an email confirming the details. Specific information such as confirmation of the payment method will be sent to you by confirmation email.
The final confirmation is at the moment you have successfully paid for the booking. Conversely, your reserved booking may be cancelled if you fail to make payment within 24 hours from the time the booking was made on 787.vn. We cannot guarantee any booking information until we send the final confirmation email/SMS notice.
4. Making changes to booking information
We will do our best to assist you in accordance with Vietnamese aviation regulations, however we do not guarantee that every change request will be fulfilled. Please note the following:
Depending on the airline, at a specific time, or certain fare types may be non-refundable, non-cancellable, or non-changeable, and this information is displayed on the booking page or in the fare condition details for each fare type (see also the airlines' fare policies). You should read this information carefully before making a booking.
If a refund/cancellation cannot be completed, or if you fail to check in within the prescribed time, or if you are denied boarding under the airline's regulations, you will be liable for the full cost of that booking.
5. Registration requirements
We do not provide your credit card details to any third party, and you may be required to provide the information shown on the card and the corresponding cardholder signature as security for any charges that may arise, if any. In addition, to limit the use of fraudulent credit cards, the airline may require you to present your credit card at check-in to verify the cardholder.
6. Website information
We are committed to making every effort to ensure that all information displayed on the website is completely accurate; however, please note that fare and promotion information may change from time to time depending on the airline, and therefore we do not guarantee that all information is entirely accurate or free of any errors at all times. We reserve the right to change the information displayed on the website (including these Terms and Conditions) at any time without prior notice.
Rights and Responsibilities
1. Rights and responsibilities of customers using services on 787.vn
1.1. Customer rights
Customers using services on 787.vn will be issued a personal username and password to use the service and carry out their transactions on 787.vn.
Customers have the right to cancel/refund/change tickets in accordance with the cancellation/refund/change policy and the refund policy specified in these Regulations.
Customers using services on 787.vn will enjoy the best fare guarantee policy and the refund guarantee policy in accordance with 787.vn's regulations.
Customers may submit complaints about service pricing through Viet An's customer care channels; we will resolve complaints in accordance with the best price guarantee policy and the refund guarantee policy specified in these Regulations.
Customers may submit complaints directly to the airline providing the ticket in cases where the fare conditions fail to ensure service quality as announced on 787.vn.
1.2. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the security and safekeeping of all service activities conducted under their registered username, password and email account.
Customers commit that the information provided to Viet An is complete and accurate. If unauthorized use, abuse, or a security breach of the login name and password by a third party is detected, the Customer is responsible for promptly notifying Viet An so that appropriate measures can be taken.
Customers must not use 787.vn's services for illegal purposes, fraud, intimidation, illegal information gathering, sabotage, or creating and spreading viruses that damage 787.vn's systems, configuration, or information transmission. Any customer who violates this will bear full legal responsibility.
Customers must not change, modify, copy, combine, disseminate, provide, or create tools similar to 787.vn's services for a third party without 787.vn's consent.
2. Rights and responsibilities of Việt An
2.1. Rights of Việt An
Viet An will provide booking services to Members using the service after the Member completes the online registration procedure declaring personal information and satisfies the conditions set out by Viet An.
In cases where there is evidence that a Member has provided Viet An with information that is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or in violation of the law or Vietnamese social customs, Viet An has the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate the Member's right to use the service.
Viet An has the right to terminate a Member's membership and right to use the service, and notify the Member at least one (01) month in advance, if the Member violates Viet An's Regulations or engages in conduct that affects Viet An's business operations.
Viet An has the right to hold the copyright to the use of the service and the content on 787.vn in accordance with Vietnamese law on the protection of intellectual property. All icons and content in various languages are the property of Btrip Vietnam Joint Stock Company. Any unauthorized copying, use, or dissemination of the above ownership rights is strictly prohibited.
Viet An has the right to disclaim responsibility in the following cases:
Viet An makes every effort to ensure that all prices or materials displayed on this website are accurate at the time of publication. Changes in market conditions or circumstances that may occur after the publication date may render the information displayed on this website inaccurate or no longer reflective of the current status.

2.2. Responsibilities of Việt An
Best price guarantee
Viet An implements the "Best Price Guarantee" policy and performs "Fare Comparison" for the same time and the same flight itinerary, making it convenient for customers to compare and choose the most suitable flight.
Cancellation/refund/change policy
In the event that a customer has completed a booking on Btrip's website but is unable to proceed with their trip, they may contact Btrip to carry out a cancellation, refund, or change in accordance with the regulations. The terms and costs incurred during this process will be calculated according to the regulations of each fare type and airline (customers will be notified during the booking process).

Limitation of liability in the event of a technical error caused by Viet An
Viet An is committed to making every effort to ensure the safety and stability of the entire technical system so that Members can use the service with confidence and peace of mind. In the event of a technical error, software error, Internet transmission system error, or other objective errors that prevent a Member from using 787.vn's services, the Member should notify Viet An promptly, and we will fix the error as soon as possible.
Viet An will not resolve complaints or notifications from Members in cases of technical errors, software errors, Internet transmission system errors, or other objective errors not caused by Viet An.
Exemption from liability in cases of force majeure:
Force majeure refers to events that occur objectively, cannot be foreseen, and cannot be remedied despite the application of all necessary measures within one's capability.
Events considered force majeure include but are not limited to: earthquakes, floods, droughts, fires, explosions, epidemics, disasters, natural calamities, wars, terrorism, strikes, bankruptcy... or other unforeseeable events that there was no obligation to anticipate, which prevent continued performance or may seriously affect an airline's ability to provide services, in which case the responsibility of the parties shall be exempted.
2.3. System maintenance and suspension
Viet An will carry out System maintenance services when deemed necessary.
Viet An may temporarily suspend the System for a period deemed necessary when the suspension is for System maintenance (with prior notice).
In the event of unlawful interference by a third party in the System, or any other event causing disruption to the System, Viet An may temporarily suspend the System for a period deemed necessary without requiring the Customer's prior consent or notice.
2.4. Intellectual property rights
All images, icons, and all other content (collectively referred to as Content) on this Website belong to Viet An.
We allow you to view, download, and print Content provided that:
You use it only for personal purposes and not for commercial purposes.
You do not copy, publish, or reuse the Content.
You do not modify the Content.
You do not remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary Content notices on the Website.
